Payment
Payment is made through major credit/debit cards and Paypal, through the online shopping cart.
Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase. I will send you a reminder if I haven’t received payment within that time period. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the item(s) will be re-listed for sale.
Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS, unless another carrier is requested by the customer. Domestic orders are generally shipped within 2-5 days of receipt, and international orders are shipped weekly.
*NOTE: Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your item! Sometimes, especially during rush holiday hours, the post office can be a little slow, and I am not always able to ship immediately. If there will be a big delay, I will try my best to let you know.
Items are shipped to the address you have provided as your SHIPPING ADDRESS, unless we have arranged otherwise. If you wish to ship the item to a different address, please contact me via email immediately to give me the recipient’s name and address. I can't be responsible if I am given the incorrect address to ship to!
*Note for International Customers: I am not responsible if any additional customs fees occur in your country of residence. For more information on customs fees in your country of residence, please contact your local Customs Office. *NOTE: Items are not subject to return if the reason is customs fees that have occurred in your country.
Returns and Refunds
I want my artwork to make people happy. It is very important that you are satisfied. But if by any chance the item you ordered doesn’t meet your expectations, let's talk about it. I generally do not accept returns on handmade items unless there is a defect, or if you were accidentally sent the wrong item. I work very hard to accurately represent the quality of my work in the pictures and description. Refunds will be determined on an individual basis.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
*NOTE: Custom Ordered items are not subject to refund/return.
Losses
I do my best to ensure the successful shipment of purchase. However, I cannot be held responsible if an item gets lost in the mail. Standard Priority mail through USPS includes a tracking number, but if you desire additional insurance or delivery confirmation on your item, please email me and I can add it at the time of purchase.
